Fred E. Moore

Fred Moore is Board Certified in Business Litigation by The Florida Bar. His practice focuses on commercial disputes, with particular emphasis on representing businesses and individuals in contract disputes, land use and real estate litigation, construction disputes, and trust litigation. Fred has extensive courtroom experience. He has handled jury and non-jury trials, as well as complex arbitration, administrative hearings, and appeals.

As Florida Board Certified in Business Litigation, Fred is one of only approximately 230 lawyers statewide to receive this distinction. As an attorney certified in Business Litigation, Fred handles all matters relating to general business litigation, shareholder disputes, business organizations, creditors’ rights, the Uniform Commercial Code, restrictive covenants and business torts. Board Certified business litigators are so designated because they have acquired a superior level of substantive expertise involved in the practice of law dealing with the litigation, arbitration or other resolution of the legal problems arising from commercial and business relationships.
