Anthony D. Bartirome

Tony Bartirome practices primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Charitable Giving and Estate and Trust Administration, with an emphasis on Estate, Gift and Generation-Skipping Transfer Taxation. He routinely drafts wills, revocable living trusts and irrevocable trusts, including charitable trusts, grantor trusts, life insurance trusts, IRA conduit trusts and other estate planning documents necessary to implement client goals and long-term personal and charitable objectives. He also assists clients and their families with Trust and Probate Administration, including Ancillary Probate Administration and Estate and Gift Tax returns. His methodology incorporates the “post-document” counseling and attention to detail required for a client’s plan to achieve intended results.

Tony’s experience and areas of concentration allow him the opportunity to thoroughly counsel clients in matters relating to the preservation of their wealth for their benefit and for the benefit of their loved ones and intended charities. He has an LL.M. in Taxation.

Tony served on the Planned Giving Advisory Council of the Community Foundation of Sarasota County and is Past President of the Manatee Community Foundation Board of Directors. He has achieved an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating through Martindale-Hubbell, representing his commitment to excellence in his field and the highest ethical standards.
