Laura Smidt is an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate and Leasing practice areas. She has experience in commercial and residential transactions, including purchases and sales, refinances, and construction loans, as well as commercial leasing. Laura works directly with her clients at each step of a real estate transaction to minimize their costs and liabilities. Laura serves clients in Sarasota, Bradenton, and the surrounding areas.

Laura earned her Juris Doctor as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Stetson University College of Law. At the completion of her studies, Laura received a Certificate of Concentration in Business Law and uses her knowledge and skill set in her real estate transactions.
