Amanda C. Tullidge
Principal
Amanda Tullidge’s practice is in commercial and residential real estate law, with a focus on commercial leasing, commercial transactions, and residential real estate. Her J.D. is from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, where she was a Notes & Comments Editor of The Florida Law Review.
Amanda was honored by Hon. Charles A. Davis, Jr. to deliver the Remarks on Behalf of New Lawyers at the October 2013 Induction Ceremony for Admission to The Florida Bar due to her extraordinary academic accomplishments, including finishing in the top one percent on The Florida Bar examination.
Amanda is involved in philanthropy in the Manatee & Sarasota communities. She has served as a Board Member and Grants Chairperson of the Lakewood Ranch Community Fund. She also co-founded a womens’ giving circle, Cheers for Charity, comprised of over 30 young professional women who raise funds for local nonprofits.
