  • Enforcement of non-competition agreements and the protection of trade secrets and confidential information
  • Traditional labor relations matters, including union avoidance, representation elections, unfair labor practice proceedings and collective bargaining
  • Assist government contractors with the preparation and maintenance of the mandatory Affirmative Action Programs
