Michael R. Huckle
Michael is an attorney in our Estate Planning and Tax law practice groups. Michael ‘s practice concentrates on estate planning and retirement planning. Michael’s practice involves wills, revocable living trusts and irrevocable trusts, including charitable trusts, grantor trusts, IRA conduit trusts and other tax planning trusts, durable Powers of Attorney, and advanced directive living wills. Michael’s clients include individuals from medium to high net worth, individual and corporate trustees, and tax-exempt charities and private foundations.
Michael’s areas of concentration allow him to counsel clients in matters of estate planning and succession planning for their benefit and for the benefit of their loved ones and assist in the execution of the documentation necessary to achieve the clients’ intended results.
Michael received his Juris Doctor from University of Mississippi School of Law and earned his LLM in Taxation from University of Florida Levin College of Law.
