Cory A. Stewart is a litigator in the firm’s Business Litigation department. He possesses a wide range of experience from every side of the civil litigation process. Prior to joining the firm, he concentrated his practice on disputes involving construction defects, property damage, contracts, probate litigation, and personal injury. Stewart also spent several years serving as a staff attorney for the state court system in the Tampa Bay area. He represents businesses and individuals alike through thoughtful and strategic planning and advocacy at every stage of litigation. Stewart earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law, and Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University.

Kennedy A. Clothier joins the firm’s real estate, finance, and leasing practice groups. Her practice involves residential and commercial transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, and construction loans, as well as commercial leasing and single family and mixed-use developments. Clothier earned her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, and Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan.
