Max E. Kurkin is an attorney in the firm’s real estate, finance, and leasing practice groups. Max’s practice involves residential and commercial transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, and construction loans, as well as commercial leasing and single family and mixed-use developments. Max counsels his clients at each step of a real estate transaction, including negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, analyzing and reviewing due diligence and title related documents, drafting closing and loan documents, and facilitating closing and post-closing matters, to minimize their costs and liabilities.

Max received his Juris Doctor degree from University of North Carolina School of Law and Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, College of Business.
