Leadership St. Pete is an intensive, interactive, six-month experience designed to promote and enhance community leadership through an in-depth introduction to social, economic, business and political issues in the St. Petersburg area. The mission of Leadership St. Pete is to identify, recruit and develop leaders who represent the diversity of our community and who will assume future leadership roles in the Chamber and other community organizations.
Westerman has significant experience defending employers in sexual harassment, employment discrimination, and retaliation and wage-hour litigation matters. He represents clients before federal, state and local administrative agencies, assists companies with day-to-day employee relations issues, and provides guidance on regulatory compliance.
