Scott E. Rudacille

Scott concentrates his practice in the areas of land use and local government law. He represents private clients in all aspects of the permitting, entitlement and development process. He has also served as counsel to a wide variety of local government entities, including municipal, school district, community development district and special district, and he currently serves as the City Attorney for the City of Bradenton. Scott is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in City, County and Local Government Law, holds an “AV” peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America© in the area of Land Use and Zoning.
