DeMeuse, Esq. has been appointed to the board of directors of The Artists Guild of Manatee, a non-profit organization whose mission is to build a community where artists live and work while enhancing quality of life and creating a harmonious environment. DeMeuse focuses his practice in real estate, land use, and local government law. His real estate practice focuses on commercial and residential transactions, including purchases, refinances, and construction loans, as well as commercial leasing.
