Operating under the Manatee Chamber of Commerce, the Manatee Young Professionals (MYP) is Tampa Bay’s longest running young professional program, and provides business, social and community resources for young and young-thinking professionals in Manatee County.
Land Use and Local Government attorney Taylor Falkner has been appointed to serve on MYP’s Leadership Committee. Members of the Leadership Committee are selected from active young professionals who have displayed strong leadership abilities and a commitment to the growth of the organization through servant leadership.
In her role, Taylor will help strengthen the Committee’s mission of developing young professionals through community and leadership experiences and overseeing Manatee Young Professionals programs. The committee’s goal is to take a big-picture approach to determining MYP priorities, programs, and events while advocating on issues to make Manatee County attractive to young professionals.
