PRESS RELEASE: SARASOTA-BRADENTON, FL, December 14, 2024 ––The law firm of Blalock Walters, P.A. is pleased to welcome attorney Reyna E. Grundy to its land use and local government law practice groups. In her local government law practice, Grundy serves as counsel to a wide variety of local government entities, including municipal, school district, community development districts, recreation districts and inter-local government. She advises boards, prepares ordinances and resolutions, and drafts agreements for various local government matters. Grundy received her Juris Doctor degree from University of Cincinnati College of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Xavier University.

Max E. Kurkin is an attorney in the firm’s real estate, finance, and leasing practice groups. His practice involves residential and commercial transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, and construction loans, as well as commercial leasing and single family and mixed-use developments. Kurkin counsels his clients at each step of a real estate transaction, including negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, analyzing and reviewing due diligence and title related documents, drafting closing and loan documents, and facilitating closing and post-closing matters, to minimize their costs and liabilities.Max received his Juris Doctor degree from University of North Carolina School of Law and Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, College of Business.
