Blalock Walters Adds Three Attorneys to Litigation, Estate Planning, and Corporate Practice Groups
Bradenton, FL (January 13, 2026) – PRESS RELEASE: The law firm of Blalock Walters is pleased to welcome attorney three attorneys, expanding its real estate, estate planning, and litigation law practice groups.
Kaitlyn Ford practices in the firm’s business litigation department. Her practice involves the business litigation of disputes in business, real estate, probate, estate and trust, employment disputes, and health law related controversies. She represents individuals, developers, builders, retail stores, non-profit organizations, title companies, and other businesses. Ford received her Juris Doctor degree with a Concentration in Business Law from Stetson University College of Law and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stetson University. Kaitlyn also received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Award from Stetson Law.
Jason McCosby is an attorney in our estate planning, corporate, and tax law practice groups. McCosby received his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center; a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law; and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of South Florida. Prior to his law practice, McCosby served as an Infantryman in the United States Army and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. McCosby represents both companies and individuals in the areas of individual and business tax planning, entity selection and formation, corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning and transitions, charitable planning, tax controversy matters at the federal and Florida levels, and all aspects of estate planning, including trust and estate taxation and wealth preservation.
Tayler Uselton concentrates her practice on estate planning and trust and probate administration, including ancillary probate administration. Her areas of concentration allow her to counsel clients in matters of estate planning and succession planning for their benefit and for the benefit of their loved ones and assists in the execution of the documentation necessary to achieve the clients’ intended results.
Uselton earned her LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University College of Law; her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law; and Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Florida State University.
