Robert is a Principal attorney in the firm’s Business and Corporate, Health Care, and Real Estate Groups and is based in the Sarasota office. His practice focuses on serving as deal counsel for transactions involving the sale and purchase of business assets, commercial real estate assets and equity interests. Robert’s health business practice includes the representation of health care companies, physicians and other health care providers with an emphasis on joint ventures and syndications, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and licensure issues and general health care corporate matters. His practice also includes all major real estate matters from sales, purchases and leases to financing, workouts and reorganizations. He has experience in serving as lead transaction counsel for the sale or purchase of multi-family housing communities, retail shopping centers, and commercial office buildings.
Robert received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Florida. He is Board Certified in Health Law by The Florida Bar.
