Ryan Harris is an attorney in the firm’s real estate and finance practice areas. Harris has a broad range of experience in commercial and residential transactions, including purchases and sales, refinances, and construction loans, as well as commercial leasing.

Matthew Liebert is a business litigation attorney whose practice involves the litigation of business disputes, real estate disputes, probate disputes, estate and trust disputes, employment disputes, and health law related controversies. Liebert represents individuals, developers, builders, retail stores, non-profit organizations, title companies, and other businesses. He has experience in mediation, arbitration, and trials. Liebert serves on the board of directors of Healthy Teens.

Jenna Meltzer concentrates her practice on estate planning and trust and probate administration, including ancillary probate administration. Meltzer has an empathetic approach to counseling her clients as she recognizes the topics are often sensitive and emotional. Her experience provides guidance to individuals navigating the administration of probates and trusts. Meltzer is a member of Estate Planning Council of Manatee County, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys. She also serves on the boards of directors of Just for Girls Foundation and Young Lawyers Division of Manatee County Bar Association.
